RZR HD and RAZR HD MAXX were its predecessors, but now, Motorola has revealed the RAZR M Smartphone as the most compact of the RAZR series. Powered by Snapdragon s4 chipsets with 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, the Motorola RAZR M has a 1 GB RAM. The Motorola RAZR M runs Android 4.0.1 ICS will be upgradable to the Jelly Bean (Android 4.1 OS) by the end of this year. The device has an extra powerful 2000mAh battery placed at the back. It has an 8MP camera with LED flash and 1080 video recording. The internal storage on the Motorola device is 4.5GB and has a microSD slot for expansion.

The rear facing primary camera on the Motorola RAZR M measures 8MP with a powerful pixel resolution that goes up to 3264 x 2448, the camera features includes; autofocus, LED flash, touch focus, geo-tagging, image stabilization, face detection, video recording at 1080p@30fps and the secondary camera is facilitated for video calling.

The Motorola RAZR M arrives running on Android v4.0.1 ICS upgradable to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
