The new rumor about the next iPhone, iPhone 5 already awaited id the bigger screen with a wider ratio. The connector was also mentioned in this new flying story, this time, probably with fewer pins.

The tech blogger, 9to5Mac, accessed the iOS simulator, and discovered the resolution of 640 by 1136, the iPhone 5 rumored resolutions, if the screen remains at 4″ as rumored before, will retain the pixel density more to the present value, and shift to an aspect ratio of 16:9.
