This week, a website gave an hint about the announcement date of the coming iPad and the iPhone 5, the site mentioned it that a mini event has been planned for 12th Sept for the iPad, while something is expected to come up for the iPhone 5 on 21st of September.
“The iPad mini will be announced at the same September 12 event, as will the new iPod nano. We haven’t heard a release date for the iPad mini yet, but it could be the same as the iPhone 5. It seems likely the new iPod touch will make an appearance on September 12 as well, though we haven’t heard any specific information about that yet either,” enthusiast site iMore reported, citing sources who it said had “proven accurate in the past.”
The iProduct freak site iMore, noted that the predecessor iPhone 4S was launched on 4th October, and got released on 14th October, a 10 days interval from the announcement date.
At the event last year, showcased the mini update over the iPod, the white iPod touch 4 in particular.
March 7, the iPad 3 was announced and the first shipping took place on March 16, this year.
“Back in March, we heard Apple was targeting an October release window for the iPhone 5,1, much like last year’s iPhone 4,1 (iPhone 4S). Recently, however, several reports have suggested Apple would be ready to go as early as September,” it said.
App4Phone.fr, also gave a hint it got from the Chinese manufacturer about the 21st September release date.
It said, “Unlike last year, when some 16 months separated the iPhone 4S and iPhone 4, a September 21 schedule would put the iPhone 5 launch at just over 11 months after the iPhone 4S,”
More Apple new gotten on iMore revealed that the iOS 6, the newest Apple’s mobile operating system, may be presented finally before it got released on the planned Sept 12 event.
TJD, GMA news says the coming iOS 6 will feature a new, Passbook and Google-free maps app, and may start going off to market by September 19.
